The Rehoboth Summer Children's Theatre was founded in 1982 by husband and wife actors Elise and Steve Seyfried. The pair specialized in unique, dynamic two-actor version of classic fairy tales. Through the years the couple developed over thirty of these shows. Now in it's 43rd year, the theatre continues to produce the "duet" shows, now performed by young professional actors. Eventually the Seyfrieds began conducting theatre workshops for children which led to the establishment of week-long camps. In 2024 RSCT will conduct five weeks of film camp and two weeks of theatre camp for ages 8-14. The production of Robin Hood will travel throughout Delmarva, performed in libraries, camps and community centers. Elise and Steve remain committed to providing the highest quality of artistic experiences for family members of all age.
